    Not sure I have ever seen so many redbirds in the same place - it's almost like an Angry Birds convention!

    I have never seen a cardinal here in Oregon. Wish their range made it out here. Found a map, http://sdakotabirds.com/species/maps/northern_cardinal_map.htm

    that does show their range. I wonder why they have not expanded any further?

    Oh wow! I never get that many cardinals at a time at my feeders. You must have something they really like to eat.

    Thanks everyone! I was quite amazing when I saw this...I am used to seeing at most 2-3 at once. Thinking they flock together more in the chilly winter weather. They are welcome here to dine anytime :-)
