Peppers A Plenty

Marconi Peppers
Whipped up a batch of Roasted Pepper Spread - not so sure I like it.
Will post recipe later this week.

  4. Are these mild or hot? They remind me of ones we used to grow and we cannot find them anywhere or seeds now--all we get are hot and they were mild. Italian Gourmet is what they called them.

  12. Thank you for all the kind comments :-) The Marconi is not a hot pepper, in fact quite sweet at the red stage. Great in all types of dishes, salads or just as a crunchy snack! Will post the spread recipe later today. Have a Wonderful Wednesday and Thanks again!
